Noah Webster MicroSociety Magnet School (PK Age 3- Grade 8)

Program Overview:

At Noah Webster MicroSociety Magnet School, students collaborate with parents, community members, and teachers to build a miniature society in the school and establish a center of commerce and governance in which every child and adult participates. Children create and manage business ventures such as museums, travel agencies, quiz shows and theaters that produce goods and provide services. Our student Executive Branch works closely with classroom delegates to plan and organize events. Students develop the values of self-discipline, work habits and academic and life skills needed to achieve success in a global society. Based on the 2010-11 enrollment data, the school meets the state integration standard.
